Anti- trafficking Program
The Anti-Trafficking Program has been providing emergency assistance and mental and psycho-social support to women survivors who face unsafe migration and human trafficking. The main activities run by the program are emergency survivors support, safehouse operation (station and mobile), coordination, community mobilizing, awareness activity (consultation, community outreach, GBV, human trafficking, safe migration), livelihood support, survivors’ empowerment and network/partner Exchange.
Objectives
- To support survivors and empower them by forming survivors’ groups for survivor’s movement
- To promote community awareness raising on human trafficking, GBV and violence against women and to take part in human trafficking mitigation and survivors support
- To advocate and networking with partner organization related the protection of GBV and human trafficking in Kachin areas.
